Important Information for Graduates

Online Registration
Each graduand will be allowed to bring along 2 registered guests to attend the ceremony. 

Prior registration via the Graduation Ceremony registration site will be required for seating and logistical arrangements. Graduands and guests who did not register via the registration site will be deemed as ‘Not attending’ and turned away. 


• All graduands are to register your attendance online by Fri 31 Jan 2025, 11.59pm.
• A confirmation page will be displayed and a confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration. Please screenshot the confirmation page for your own reference.

    Online Registration
    Confirm your attendance online regardless of whether you are attending the Graduation Ceremony. You may refer to the Schedule of Ceremonies section for the date of your graduation sessions.

    The Online Registration System will be open for registration from Mon 20 Jan 2025, 12.00pm till Fri 31 Jan 2025, 11.59pm.  

    Please log in to the registration site using your ITE email address eg. xxxx@connect.ite.edu.sg (for full-time graduates) or your personal email address registered with ITE (for part-time graduates). A One-Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to the email address for login during registration.

    Graduands are ONLY allowed to bring along 2 registered guests (6 years old and above) to attend the ceremony on campus. Unregistered graduands and guests will be deemed as not attending and no seats will be reserved.

    Graduation Gown Rental

    Gown rental counters will be set up at ITE College East on Tue 11 Feb, Wed 12 Feb and Thu 13 Feb 2025, from 12.00pm – 5.00pm at ITE College East Function Hall, Admin Block Level 3

    Please refer to Gown Rental section for details on graduation gown rental and recommended outfit.
    Now – Graduation CeremonyClearance of Fees/Fines/Loans
    All graduands are to ensure that all outstanding fees [fees, library fines etc] are fully paid and properties on loan [library books, equipment etc] are returned before your graduation ceremony.
     
    Graduands with outstanding fees will not be allowed to collect their certificates during the Graduation Ceremony.
    Graduation Ceremony

    Certificates & Transcripts
    The hardcopy Graduation Certificate and transcript will be given out during the ceremony. Graduands who are unable to attend the ceremony may contact the ITE College East Customer & Visitor Centre at 6590 2262 to make appointment to collect your certificate and transcript from Mon 10 Mar 2025.

    Certificates which are uncollected will be destroyed after 1 year from the date of issuance and will not be re-issued.

    Digital Certificates & Transcripts
    Graduates may also retrieve your Digital Certificates and Transcript issued by ITE from Fri 31 Jan 2025, 12pm onwards by logging in to  MySkillsFuture PortalPortal with your SingPass.

    Where do I register and how do I login?

    Register your attendance on the registration portal by Fri 31 Jan 2025, 11.59pm. You may refer to the invitation sent to your ITE email (for full-time graduates) or your personal email (for part-time / WSDIP graduates) registered with ITE, for the login details.

    A One-Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to your email address for login during registration. Full-time graduands who have forgotten their password can visit https://www.ite.edu.sg/e-services-and-forms and navigate to "Student Password Reset". Unregistered graduands and guests will be considered as not attending, and seats will not be reserved for them.


    Why am I only allowed to bring 2 registered guests to my graduation ceremony?


    As we have limited seating capacity at our venue, graduands are only allowed to bring along 2 registered guests for the ceremony. 

    Do register your attendance on the registration portal by Fri 31 Jan 2025, 11.59pm. Unregistered graduands and guests are deemed as not attending and will not have seats reserved for them.


    What do I and my guests need to bring along for entry on event day?

    Graduates are to bring along a photo identification for registration and collection of certificates (e.g. NRIC, FIN, Passport).

    Attendees who also fail to bring their relevant identification or documents will not be able to collect their certificates.


    Can I attend the graduation ceremony if I do not have the Graduation Attire?

    All graduands must be in their graduation attire before they can be allowed on stage.


    I require a letter of excuse.

    Graduands may use the email invitation as a proof of invite.


    I have registered my attendance online and would like to amend my submission. What should I do?

    Please fill up the enquiry form for us to amend your online registration before the online registration ends on Fri 31 Jan 2025, 11.59pm. To facilitate seating and logistics planning, we kindly request your understanding that no further amendment requests can be accommodated after the closing date.


    What happens if I do not pre-register online by Fri 31 Jan 2025?

    Only graduands and their guests who have pre-registered by the closing date will be admitted into the venues.


    Can I collect my certificate before the graduation ceremony?

    No, all graduands will collect their certificate only after the graduation ceremony.


    Will there be an official photographer to take photographs of the graduands?

    A professional photographer will take a photograph of you when you go on stage to receive your certificate.  Soft copy of the stage photograph will be made available to you, a day after the ceremony via a website.  Details will be made known at the ceremony.  The College will not be responsible for any damaged photographs.

    Our photographers will be taking photos at this event. The pictures may be used in various communications platforms, including but not limited to publications, ITE website, Corporate Newsletter and Facebook page.


    If I am not able to attend the graduation ceremony, can I get my friend to collect the certificate for me at the ceremony?

    No. Graduands who are unable to attend the ceremony may contact the ITE College East Customer & Visitor Centre at 6590 2262 to make appointment to collect your certificate and transcript from Mon 10 Mar 2025 onwards. Please bring along your NRIC for verification purposes.

    Certificates which are uncollected will be destroyed after 1 year from the date of issuance and will not be re-issued.


    Can I collect my certificate if I have unpaid fees?

    No, you will not be able to collect your certificate after the graduation ceremony if you have any unpaid fees. Please ensure that you have cleared all fees and loans prior to the Graduation Ceremony.
