The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) supports mid-career individuals in acquiring industry-relevant skills to enhance their employability and enabling them to pivot to new sectors or job roles.

The SCTP is designed for:

• Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents aged 21 years old and above
  

• Employed individuals seeking to transition into a new career field or job role
  

• Unemployed individuals looking to return to the workforce
  

• Individuals ready to embrace and fulfil all training requirements, including maintaining minimum attendance and passing of assessments.

(SCTP) Digital Media Marketing (Full-Time) (TA-eligible)

(SCTP) Microelectronics (Full-Time) (TA-eligible)

(SCTP) Passenger Services (Full-Time) (TA-eligible)

(SCTP) Security Technology (Full-Time) (TA-eligible)

These courses are eligible for SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career Support) of $4,000.

• Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR are eligible for up to 70% subsidy of the course fee
  

• Singapore Citizens aged 40 years old and above are eligible for up to 90% subsidy of the course fee
  

• Up to 95% of course fee subsidy for Singapore Citizens who meet one of following eligibility criteria:

-    Individuals in need of financial assistance – ComCare, Short-to-Medium Term Assistance (SMTA) recipients or Workfare Income Supplement (WIS) recipients; or

-    Persons with Disabilities
