This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the fermentation and distillation processes, as well as the skills required for mixology methods and equipment used in creating global common drinks, standard drink accompaniments and cocktails. Participants will learn how to build, muddle, stir, strain, shake and blend cocktails. They will also understand the application process of liquor licensing and procedures for setting up a bar. Join us to enhance your expertise in mixology and take your bartending skills to the next level.
Participants must be 18 years old and above.
1st day : 3.5 hours of online self-directed learning
2nd day : 3.5 hours of online synchronous learning
3rd day : 7 hours of face-to-face practical learning
