Delighting Customers - The Heart of every Business transaction


In this course, you will learn the critical importance of customer experience in today’s business landscape.  Students will be exposed to various tools to discover practical strategies and frameworks for designing and delivering outstanding customer experiences across various touchpoints, from initial engagement to post-purchase support.

Entry Requirements

GCE 'O' level grades in English Language, Mathematics/ Principles of Accounts and 1 other subject:

  • Grade 1-7 in English Language
  • Grade 1-8 in Mathematics (Elementary/Additional) or Principles of Accounts*
  • Grade 1-7 in one other subject
    * To be eligible for selection, you must have sat for Mathematics (Elementary/Additional).

or

GCE ‘N(A)’ level passes in English Language, Mathematics and 3 other subjects:
  • Grade 1-3 in English Language 
  • Grade 1-4 in Mathematics 
  • Grade 1-5 in 3 other subjects; and
  • A total of 19 points or less for English, Mathematics and three other subjects (ELMAB3)*

*Eligible, graduating GCE N(A) students who applied and enrolled during the January intake under the Direct Entry to Polytechnic Scheme (DPP), will undergo 10 weeks of preparatory programme, followed by 2 years of Higher Nitec training.

Higher Nitec in Customer Experience graduates may apply for progression to the following Work-Study Diploma courses at ITE:

Higher Nitec in Customer Experience graduates with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 and above may apply for progression to a Technical Diploma course at ITE. For more details on progression, please click here.

Higher Nitec in Customer Experience graduates are employed by government agencies, statutory boards and private sector companies. Some job titles held are Customer Experience officers, Customer Experience Associates, Customer Support Specialist and Customer Experience Specialists. Graduates can advance in their careers (e.g. Customer Experience Executives, Senior Customer Experience Executives) once relevant experience and higher-level Customer Experience skills are acquired.
