Learn skills and knowledge to install, test and maintain electrical circuits under the supervision of a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) in residential, commercial and industrial premises, consider to enrol for this course to learn a new skill!

Entry Requirements

  • Completed primary education; or
  • Passed BEST Module 4 in English or Mathematics; or
  • Have minimum 1 year of relevant working experience; or
  • Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4 in Reading and Listening; or
  • Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 4 in Numeracy.

Note: Applicant applying for this course must be free from colour appreciation deficiency.  A score of 100% from the Colour Blindness Test taken here is mandatory for course admission.


Applicant who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission if they have a letter of sponsorship or employer’s recommendation. Applicants may have to go through an interview.
