With the expanding digital economy, business processes are getting increasingly seamless and more services will be enhanced by emerging digital technology. The relevant knowledge and skillsets become a key pillar for success in your career in the service industry. If you enjoy going the extra mile for your customers, this is definitely the course for you!

The course duration is 1.5 years to 3 years.

Course is being phased out and is offered to ongoing students only.

What you'll learn

You will learn to handle front-desk services and sales engagements, organise business events, and provide service recovery in business functions. You will also be kept abreast of the fast-changing digital landscape through modules like Introduction to Data Analytics & Cyber Security and Social Media Marketing.

Entry Requirements

  • 2 GCE 'O' Level Grades (Grade 1 - 8) in any two subjects; or
  • 3 GCE 'N' Level Passes (Grade A-D or Grade 1-5) in English Language and two other subjects; or
  • Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 in Speaking and Listening, and Level 4 in Reading, Writing and Numeracy.
