What you'll learn
- Difference between formal discussions and casual conversations at the workplace or business setting
- Appropriate use of phrases and vocabulary in a conversation and application in specific workplace contexts, eg, greetings, answering queries, seeking clarifications, expressing views
- Apply appropriate conversation types (casual/formal) and language to handle varied workplace conversations and interactions
(Participants will be provided with simple workplace scenarios to role-play the use of good spoken English for basic interactions and conversations)
