Job Role:
An Airport Ground Handling Officer is one who provides airport ground handling services in baggage, ramp, technical ramp, airfreight and cargo operations, in-flight catering and aircraft interior cleaning. He/she manages operations, implement standard operating procedures, operates different equipment/vehicles, and deploys technological tools to address customers and stakeholders’ needs.
Training Pattern:
Block Release - Trainees attend daily lessons at ITE for a continuous period and then resume the next block of OJT at the workplace.
