This Work-Study Diploma course aims to equip trainees with the skills, knowledge and professional attributes to perform talent acquisition activities, facilitate workplace engagement & relations, administer performance management programmes, administer compensation and rewards programmes, perform human resource analysis, implement organisational learning and development programmes, leverage technology for business productivity and implement sustainability management measures.
Job Role:
A Human Resource Executive is one who implements traditional and emerging human capital strategies in tandem with the organisation's business objectives as well as to leverage technology and analytics to automate and derive insights on performance.
Training Pattern:
Day Release - Trainees
attend lessons at ITE for one day per a week and spend the remainder of the
work-week at the workplace for OJT.
