Day 1
Caesar Salad
Cream of Tomato Soup with Croutons & Garlic Oil
Pan-Seared Seabass with Sauce Vierge, Summer Vegetables & Mashed Potatoes
Day 2
Nicoise Salad
Clam Chowder
Grilled Chicken Leg with Pepper Jus, Pilaf Rice and Broccolini
