Caesar salad
Cream of tomato soup with croutons & garlic oil
Pan-seared seabass with sauce vierge, summer vegetables & mashed potatoes
Day 2
Nicoise salad
Clam chowder
Grilled chicken leg with pepper Jus, pilaf rice and broccolini
