Do you want to become a certified Food Hygiene Officer?  This course provides the framework for in-employment F&B supervisors and managers to acquire skills and knowledge to conduct food safety and hygiene checks, and implement food safety and hygiene policies and procedures at their workplace.  Candidates certified competent could register with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) as Food Hygiene Officer.

Course participants are required to attend the course and pass the assessments to receive the WSQ Statements of Attainment (SOA).
