Fitness for Life

Students will acquire fundamental knowledge and skills in fitness training through this programme, and obtain a glimpse of the fitness and sports industry. At the end of the programme, students will be prepared and motivated to be self-responsible for their own health and aware of the need to be active throughout their lifetime at the end of the programme.

At the end of the module, students will be able to:

  • Develop skills in motivation and goal setting.
  • Be introduced to cardiorespiratory fitness.
  • Be exposed to general strength fitness.
  • Be trained in flexibility fitness.
  • Create a positive image through proper posture.
  • Learn about food consumption and its nutritional value.
