S/N Module Outline 1Are you motivated enough to stay fit? / (Motivation and goal setting) How can we stay motivated in keeping fit with the use of specific goal setting? Students will learn to identify their own fitness level, decide correctly on the area in fitness to improve on and set a specific goal. 2Pump up your heart rate! (Cardiorespiratory fitness) Students will be introduced to interesting and enjoyable training methods on cardiorespiratory training. 3Are you as strong as you think you are? (General strength fitness) Muscle strength and endurance: How will muscular fitness play a part in keeping us fit and strong? 4Are you as flexible as you think you are? (Flexibility fitness) Flexibility exercises that students can adopt and apply in to their daily lives to improve flexibility level. 5How do we project a positive image through good posture? (Positive image through proper posture) Proper posture requirement in sitting, standing, lifting and walking and the importance of practice the proper posture in daily life. 6 Do you have an idea what are you consuming every day?
