At the end of the module, students will be able to:

Use program development software to write programs controlling outputs, reading from inputs, loops and decisions commands
Write programs that interact with input sensors
Write programs that are able to control robot actions
Write program to solve automation problem involving logic flow

1	Computer and Microcontroller System Architecture Describe the function of block diagrams of computer system. List the advantages of using micro-controller in automation control. Describe architecture of control system.
2	Robotic Program Commands Invoke robotic program development software. Create a new project using program development software. Compile source codes using program development software. Save project using program development software. Use commands and functions to write program
3	Testing and Debugging Program Open previous saved project. Open edit windows. Test program. Debug program.
4	Controlling LEDs Use command to turn ON/OFF a LED. Create and use delay in the program. Write program to create lit up patterns of LEDs.
5	Interacting with Sensors Use command to read the status of input sensor. Write program for robot to sense and react based on the input sensor.
6	Solving Automation Problem Design and draw flow chart for a given task and conditions. Write program based on the designed flow chart. Test, troubleshoot and debug program to solve a given automation problem.
